If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase at the Mises Store, you may return it for another item or a refund on your credit card within 30 days. If the goods are damaged or we made a mistake, or you sense that you were otherwise misled about the product, we will cover the shipping costs. Write us with any questions.
Mises Store Security
Mises Store offers secure credit card payment online. In the Mises Store basket notice " https " in the address bar of your browser. The "s" indicates that you are secure. Our site uses an encrypted security system called SSL (secure socket layer). We use the Thawte SSL Secure Server Certificate. This is a system which takes your name, credit card and shipping information and encrypts them so that only we can view them. It creates a direct connection between your computer and ours which cannot be intercepted by any third parties. The SSL Secure Server is extremely SAFE to use. Many times this is even safer than using your card at a retail store. When you walk into a store and use your credit card, any number of people at the store have access to your card number simply by looking at your sales receipt. With online ordering, since all of this information is encrypted no one is able to view your credit card information for the items purchased. Still not sure? While we are confident that our online ordering system is 100% safe and secure we realize that some people still are not sure and would rather not give their credit card information over the internet. Shipping Policy
The Mises Store ships internationally to most countries throughout the world. We do not determine the fees; we electronically accept what the shipper provides through their own API software, and those rates are determined in the competitive marketplace. This insures that you get the lowest possible price for the shipping method selected.
Tracking numbers can be viewed under your account section of the store. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a package is damaged please email us: Shipping Questions
International Shipments:
- UPS - Trackable and guaranteed by mises.org (allow 1-3 weeks delivery)
- USPS Global Express - Trackable and guaranteed by mises.org (allow 2-4 weeks delivery)
- USPS Airmail Parcel Post - NOT trackable and is NOT guaranteed (allow 4-6 weeks delivery)
Mises.org is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments sent International Airmail Parcel Post.
International Customs:
Mises.org is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees charged to shipments once they reach foreign borders.
Shipping to Canada:
UPS charges a "customs brokerage" surcharge on shipments to Canada. View Fees

Returns Policy:
You may return your order to us within 30 days of arrival. First call or email the Mises Store to receive permission to return an item(s). Customer pays shipping cost. We will notify you of your refund once we've received the returned item, and issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 15 days.

Returns Reseller:
If a bookstore, etc. orders 5 or more copies of a book that we publish returns are allowed for 20% of total quantity ordered. (10 copies = 2 returns). Returns are allowed with pre-approval from Mises and only within a 12 month period. The bookstore pays to have the books shipped to Mises Distribution. Once the warehouse receives the books, a check will be issued for the amount of credit owed.
